Mission Statement
 

It is my mission to help and educate people of the Evanston area about optimum health and how to achieve it. Using proven alternative techniques and technology, I give the patient an accurate picture of their current health. I will develop a treatment program that enhances the body's primary functions and addresses the core issues of their condition.


Experience
  Dr. Kurtz first earned his associates degree in physical therapy in 1997. He worked in the field for 2 years and focused on treatment of Fibromyalgia. In 1999, Dr. Kurtz began his chiropractic education and in 2000 received his Bachelor's of Science in Human Biology. Dr. Kurtz graduated from the National University of Health Sciences with a Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2002. For 2 years he worked with an orthopedic surgeon in Arlington Heights , Illinois doing rehab for surgical and non-surgical patients. During that time he was also a personal trainer at a large gym in the area. In 2004 Dr. Kurtz relocated to downtown Evanston, Illinois where he currently practices today. Dr. Kurtz has had several post graduate courses and now focuses on functional endocrinology as well as orthopedic medicine.
